Special precautions & warnings

Pregnancy and breast-feeding: Not enough is known about the use of I-Z-Fair glutathione during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Stay on the safe side and avoid use.

Asthma: Do not inhale I-Z-Fair glutathione if you have asthma.

Direction for use: Consume one pill of 1-Z-Fair glutathione supplements along with one pill of I-Z-Fair vitamin-C once or twice a day or as directed by the nutritionist/ wellness consultant/ dietician. Best if consumed 2 to 3 hours after your last meal (dinner) for better absorption. The standard dosage is 20-40 mg per kilogram of body weight for 3 to 6 months. It is also advisable to put on sunblock cream and lotion for the face and body during the day.
